100% Yadkin Valley Viognier fermented in stainless steel.  A delicate white wine with floral notes complimented by apricot and orange peel aromas.

Trillium is a proprietary white blend of Niagara, Chardonnay, Viognier, Rkatsiteli, and Chouchillon.  This wine exhibits floral and grape aromas.  A semi-sweet wine with 2% residual sugar, fermented in stainless steel.

A deeply colored, bold and robust red wine with aromas of cherries, plums, raisins, lavender and mint.  Medium bodied with a long spicy finish.

The Meritage 2008 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (52%) and Merlot (48%). The lots were fermented and aged separately in French oak for 13 months prior to blending. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides the structure and depth of this wine while the Merlot highlights the aromatics and softens the wine.
