Our Wines

The 2009 Chardonnay Reserve was made in the traditional Burgundian-style.  The wine was aged sur lie in French oak barrels.  The wine has aromas of apples, pears, toasty oak and butterscotch, with a long and balanced finish.

Our 2009 Chardonnay is crisp with fresh flavors of citrus, melon and apples.  The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel.  Aromas of pears, spice and freshly baked apple bread complement the long and balanced dry finish.

Our 2009 Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit character.  It is an elegant wine with aromas of peach, nectarine and apricot.  This soft wine has a long finish highlighted by notes of citrus.

Our 2009 Rkatsiteli is a light-bodied fragrant wine with crisp acidity.  The wine has aromas of quince, minerals and lilacs.

Our 2009 Traminette is a light-bodied wine and pale straw in color.  It has aromas of honey, orange zest and golden raisins.  The wine is off-dry with a long finish.

Our proprietary white blend is a salute to spring.  The wine has aromas of crushed grapes, flowers and tropical fruit.  The wine is off-dry with vibrant acidity.  Enjoy with friends...often!

Our first time releasing La Brisa, this new white wine is Daveste's take on Riesling! The wine is off dry with aromas of pineapple, mandarin orange and wet stone. It is spicy on the palate with notes of lime and minerals. La Brisa has a zesty and floral finish.
